When using, it is worth noting these precautions. Before switching on the ventilation system, check whether the air outlet is open and at least half of the air suction port is open. Remember to turn off the air blower before shutting down the air exhaust system. After the initial commissioning of the exhaust system, try not to adjust the tuyere switch at will during normal operation or close the tuyere during normal startup. This will cause the duct to deform, affecting the service life of the fan and the duct, making the fan to fail easily.
When maintaining, the main factor affecting the normal operation of the exhaust system is whether the exhaust fan can operate normally, so the operation and maintenance of the exhaust fan are very important. Before starting the exhaust fan, it is recommended to check whether there is any collision or friction between the transmission part of the fan and the fixed part and whether the bearing housing and the bearing are filled with butter and make sure that the electrical circuit and instrument are functioning. When the bathroom extractor fan starts and the normal speed is reached, the bearing temperature should be checked regularly during the operation. The bearing temperature rise should not exceed 40°C, and the table temperature should not exceed 70°C. If severe vibration, abnormal noise or abnormal temperature occur, it must be stopped immediately, then check the cause of the fault and restart it after troubleshooting.
